I've always been interested in how an idea becomes a finished piece of work. I'm a filmmaker and video producer who moves between narrative film, live broadcast, digital media, and documentary storytelling, working wherever I can help turn that idea into something real.

My work has taken me from independent short films and feature productions to collegiate athletics, institutional video, live broadcasts, and freelance production. I've had the opportunity to work both behind the scenes on professional sets and in creative leadership roles on my own projects. I enjoy being involved in the entire process—from developing an idea and building a production to directing, shooting, editing, and solving whatever problems come up along the way. Whether I'm working with a small independent crew or coordinating a larger production, I care about making the work better while finding practical ways to get it done.
FILMMAKING
Narrative filmmaking is at the center of what I do. Through my independent production company, MetaModern, I've written, directed, and produced original films while collaborating with actors, cinematographers, producers, and crews to bring those stories to life.
My films aren't limited to one genre or style. I'm interested in telling southern stories with strong characters, distinctive worlds, and something meaningful underneath the surface.
BEYOND NARRATIVE FILM
My professional production experience has allowed me to work across a much wider range of media. I've directed live collegiate sports broadcasts, produced institutional and promotional videos, worked on feature films and television productions, and completed freelance projects from initial client communication through final delivery.

I co-founded MetaModern with fellow filmmakers and collaborators as a home for our original creative projects. We produce films, podcasts, game shows, and other digital media, with the goal of creating work that gives our collaborators the opportunity to tell stories and experiment creatively.
